This service module focuses on continuous fleet and service optimisation and improvement. It includes information collection, reporting and active management of the print fleet against the identified needs development. The Continuous assessment service module covers:

• Capacity management, including data on device utilisation 

• Availability management, including device uptime and break-fix field service visits
